On 3 Jan. 2016, at 13pm,Ningbo Yinzhou Alctron ElectronicsCo.,Ltd. hold 2015 annual summary Commendation Conference and New Year’sFestival in Ningbo Victor Hotel- Auspicious Hall. About 200 people includingleaders took part in the conference, in order to making a summary of 2015 and planningthe goal of 2016. Meanwhile, rewarding the outstanding employees who make greatcontribution to Alctron and also staff from each department and workshop gaveshows to us. Through singing and dancing express all best wishes to all and enhancesthe enterprise’s cohesion and solidarity.

After a brief speechof Mr Mao-Manager of Human Resource Department the conference was beginning. 7department managers from sale, tech, purchase, finance, human resource, planning,produce and 12 workshop managers from micphone, machine, hardware, precision,shelf and so on make a systemic summary of 2015 and a general introduction of2106.

At the end of worksummary, Mr Peng gave a short speech of Alctron in 2015. The speech talkedabout the sale、R&D、quality、purchase plan and information construction. Mr Peng describedthe blueprint of establishing product center system、E-Commerce system、data management systemand marketing system. 

Finally Mr Yu-theGeneral Manager of Alctron gave a keynote speech. First Mr Yu looked backachievement in 2015 and appreciated all staff and family numbers’ selflesscontribution to Alctron. Also gave a high admire of each department’s attitudeand determination in 2016. At the same time, Mr Yu pointed out company’sdeficiency and limitation, focus on the New Year’s task and enterprise’starget.

After the bravo speech of Mr Yu, 3 hosts announced: 2016 Ningbo YinzhouAlctron Electronics Co. Ltd's Arts Festival Officially began! 

Each department and workshop played shows one after one. The melodioussound, charming dancing, unique style of instrument performance, guessing gameand ask and answer, all these pushed party into a happy climax. 

During the art show, Alctron divided three-phrase to reward “2015 AnnualExcellent staff”. Those staff selected by each department and workshop, companyleader awarded excellent staff personally with certification and also took aphoto with them to record this moment.
